Punugulu with dosa batter



Ingredients

1 cup Dosa batter
1 tbsp sooji rava 
  • 2 to 3 tbsps rice flour
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 to 2 green chilies chopped
  • 4 to 5 curry leaves chopped finely
  • Few coriander leaves chopped finely
  • Oil as needed for frying

Method 

  1. Take a bowl add dosa batter,sooji,rice flour and salt mix well then add onion,green chilies,curry leaves and coriander leaves  mix well.
  2. Heat oil to hot, adjust the flame to medium high, it must not be too low and not too high.Drop the batter  in the hot oil.
  3. Fry till golden color and transfer these to paper napkins.
  4. serve them with chutney.
