Nippattu
Ingredients:
• 1 Kg Flour (Rice)
• 200 gms Channa dal
•
1 Cup peanuts
•
curry leaves
• 1 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste
Preparation
:
Soak the channa dal .
Mix rice flour, channa dal , c
urry leaves
and
peanuts
.
Now ad
d small amount hot oil
.
Add water and mix it well.
Take little portion from the mixture and pat it on plastic sheet.
deep Fry till brown.
Nippattu is ready.
