Ingredients:
- 3 capsicum chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ground nuts
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt as needed
- coriander leaves
- curry leaves
- oil as needed
Method:
- Add ground nuts and cumin in a blender.
- Heat a pan with oil add mustard,curry leaves and onions fry until transparent.
- Add tomatoe and ginger garlic paste fry for 2 minutes. Add ground paste and mix well.
- Add capsicum,chili powder,coriander powder and salt mix well. add water and coriander leaves.
- serve with chepathi.
