Capsicum curry for chepathi



Ingredients:


  • 3 capsicum chopped
  • 1  onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ground nuts
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt as needed 
  • coriander leaves
  • curry leaves
  • oil as needed


Method:


  1. Add ground nuts and cumin in a blender.
  2. Heat a pan with oil add mustard,curry leaves and onions fry until transparent.
  3. Add tomatoe and ginger garlic paste fry for 2 minutes. Add ground paste and mix well.
  4. Add capsicum,chili powder,coriander powder and salt mix well. add water and coriander leaves.
  5. serve with chepathi.
