- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 lb mutton
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsps meat masala
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 3 cups water
- salt as needed
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, saute cinnamon,jeera and cloves for 2 mins.
- Add onions saute on medium flame for 3 mins. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute for 5 to 7 mins.Add tomatoes and saute until the raw smell goes away this take 5 mins.
- Add meat saute for 2 mins. Add red chili powder,coriander powder,salt,turmeric and meat masala and saute for another 2 mins.
- Add water and cook for 11 to 13 whistles on a medium flame.
- When the pressure goes off.Serve with rice, roti.
