- 1 cup basmati rice or any rice
- 10 mushrooms thily sliced
- ½ onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ cup peas frozen
- 5 black peppers
- 1 tbsp cumin seed
- 2 cardamom
- 1 bay leaf
- 3-4 cloves
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- salt to taste
Method:
- now add strained mushrooms and toss it few times.keep stirring till mushrooms becomes translucent.
