Nippattu



Ingredients:
• 1 Kg Flour (Rice)
• 200 gms Channa dal 
1 Cup peanuts
curry leaves
• 1 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste

Preparation:

Soak the channa dal .

Mix rice flour, channa dal , curry leaves and peanuts.

Now add small amount hot oil.

Add water and mix it well.

Take little portion from the mixture and pat it on plastic sheet.


deep Fry till brown. 

Nippattu is ready.
