Ingrediants:
Cauliflower / Gobi – 1 large cut into bite size florets
Turmeric powder / Manjal podi – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
For Marination:
Cornflour / Corn starch – ½ cup
Coriander powder / Malli podi – 1 tblspn
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Curry leaves -1 spring
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves / Cilantro – 3 tblspn finely chopped
Method:
Heat water, salt and turmeric in a sauce pan. Bring it to boil. Add cauliflower in it and cook till tender.
Drain and allow it to cool down. Transfer it to a bowl.
Drain and allow it to cool down. Transfer it to a bowl.
Add all the ingrediants given for marination in that and mix well. Add a splash of water if needed.
Drop it in hot oil and fry till golden brown.
Drain and serve.
