Ingredients
1 cup Dosa batter
1 tbsp sooji rava
- 2 to 3 tbsps rice flour
- Salt as needed
- 1 to 2 green chilies chopped
- 4 to 5 curry leaves chopped finely
- Few coriander leaves chopped finely
- Oil as needed for frying
Method
- Take a bowl add dosa batter,sooji,rice flour and salt mix well then add onion,green chilies,curry leaves and coriander leaves mix well.
- Heat oil to hot, adjust the flame to medium high, it must not be too low and not too high.Drop the batter in the hot oil.
- Fry till golden color and transfer these to paper napkins.
- serve them with chutney.
