Apple milk shake
- 1 large apple or 2 medium apples
- 1.5 to 2 cups chilled milk (prefer vegan milk
- 1 tbsp. organic sugar as needed
- Wash, peel and core apples. Chop them and add to the blender.
- Add half of the milk, sweetener and nuts. Blend until smooth.
- Pour to serving glasses and sprinkle cinnamon if using.
