- 2 cups cleaned Puffed Rice
- 1 Medium onion (chopped small)
- 1 Medium Tomato (chopped small)
- 1 Green chili (small)
- Handful of coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Handful Roasted Peanuts
- 1 tsp ghee
Method:
- Pour puffed rice in a wide bowl. Add all the other ingredients expect peanuts. Pour warm ghee and mix well.
- Add roasted peanuts and Serve immediately else they lose the crunch.
- You can top them with mixture or boondi.
