Broccoli fry



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • ½ cup carrots chopped
  • ½ cup peas 
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • oil as needed
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • salt as needed
  • chili powder 
  • Turmeric 
Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin and garlic.
  2. Add veggies and saute until cooked.
  3. Add red chili powder,turmeric and  salt and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Serve with rice, roti or as a stuffing in sandwich or wraps.
