Ragi malt


  • Ragi Flour  1/2 cup
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Milk - 1.5 cup
  • Sugar 
  • Almonds / Cashews / Pista - as needed


  1. Now take ragi flour , add water slowly and keep mixing so no lumps are formed in ragi.
  2. Once it is mixed, add milk and mix well.
  3. Now put this on heat and keep mixing. Cook this for 5 to 7 mins till the malt is thick and cooked.
  4. Now take it off heat and add in sugar,mix well.
  5. Let it turn warm and then serve. Add more milk if needed.
