puffed rice chaat

  • 2 cups cleaned Puffed Rice
  • 1 Medium onion (chopped small)
  • 1 Medium Tomato (chopped small)
  • 1 Green chili (small)
  • Handful of coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Handful Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 tsp ghee

  1. Pour puffed rice in a wide bowl. Add all the other ingredients expect peanuts. Pour warm ghee and mix well.
  2. Add roasted peanuts and Serve immediately else they lose the crunch.
  3. You can top them with mixture or boondi.
